The purpose of the recruitment database is to store basic information on diabetes clinic patients to simplify recruitment for diabetes research protocols.

Participants will not be paid for their participation.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Diabetes
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria
Individuals with a clinical diagnosis of diabetes or has a family member with diabetes.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals without a clinical diagnosis of diabetes or does not have a member with diabetes
