Brief description of study

Many people rely on technology to communicate with others who have similar experiences, and to get information about their health and wellbeing. We want to know more about the ways in which women who experience miscarriage use technology, so that we can design tech-based support tools that complement other sources of support.

Detailed description of study

There are four main purposes of the study: 1) Identify people in the care network of women who have had miscarriages and their roles and interactions. 2) Identify women who have had miscarriages experiences related to socio-technical systems. 3) Identify the timeline and information needs of women who have had miscarriages 4) Compare the health experiences of United States vs United Kingdom
Participants will be compensated for their participation.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: miscarriage
  • Age: 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: Female

Inclusion Criteria
Experienced a miscarriage
Must be a member of Facebook
Must be comfortable communicating in English
Must reside either in United States or United Kingdom
