Effectiveness of two different forms of marine oil, derived from the New Zealand green lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) and krill oil (Euphausia superba), on indirect markers of muscle damage and soreness during recovery from muscle damaging exercise in untrained men: a randomized controlled non-inferiority trial
Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of PCSO-524®, and a blend of PCSO-524® (75%) and krill oil (25%) (ESPO-572®), on indirect markers of muscle damage, inflammation and soreness during recovery from muscle damaging exercise.
Detailed description of study
This study lasts 7 weeks and requires 8 different laboratory visits in the School of Public Health.
Participants will be compensated for their participation upon study completion.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Inclusion criteria
Exercise no more than 3 times per week for 30 minutes each day
